Having worked directly with implementation and support consultants developing complex integrations, he heard firsthand the frustrations due to the lack of automation. Based on years of feedback, he created CodeBot for SAP SuccessFactors.
Richard Hauptle, CRO
Richard has decades of experience in the HXM landscape, aligning with his clients’ objectives to improve business outcomes. Richard specialized in using integrated tools to better align technology. He saw CodeBot’s power and capability and knew it could revolutionize the way clients and partners support SAP SuccessFactors.
